Marble Haunt is a game made by Joshua Ritenour (“we”). This policy explains what the app does with information.
Information we collect
Marble Haunt does not collect personal information. There is no account, sign-in, name, email, phone number, location, photos, contacts, or advertising ID.
The app stores a few settings on your device only:
High score
Highest stage reached
Sound on or off
Aim-guide on or off
That data stays in the app on your iPhone. It is not sent to us or to any server.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share your information.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking.
We do not use third-party data services.
The game does not need an internet connection to play.
Children
Marble Haunt is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your choices
You can delete the saved score and settings by deleting the app. iOS may also back up app data if you use iCloud or an encrypted device backup. That backup is controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by us.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new date will appear at the top. The current version will be posted at the privacy policy link used on the App Store.
